Fall sports registration for Mahopac HS will open July 26. Registration for Modified Sports (grades 7–8) begins August 9. All student-athletes must complete the FinalForms registration process prior to tryouts. Both students and parents must submit all required forms to be eligible to participate.

A valid physical must be on file in order to try out for a team. The school physician will be available at Mahopac High School on August 19 and 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call the Athletic Office at 845-628-3256 ext. 11450 or email mongonl@mahopac.org to schedule an appointment.
All physicals must be completed using the required NYS Health Examination Form available here: https://www.p12.nysed.gov/sss/documents/health-exam-form.pdf and the “Family Cardiac Reviewed” box must be checked.
Tryouts
